4. Payment and Refund Policy

All program fees are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Payment is due at the time of enrollment. Due to the digital and educational nature of our programs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to program materials has been granted.

In the event of a technical failure on our part that prevents you from accessing purchased content, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a suitable remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

5. Consumer Guarantees Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
